FTA Mortgages Limited charge a fee for the advice and arrangement of any application. For establishing your needs, undertaking research, making a recommendation and obtaining a mortgage offer, we typically charge a fee of £495 for standard cases and up to £995 for complex cases such as adverse credit, newly self employed, non-standard income, joint mortgage sole proprietor, self build. Our fee usually becomes payable upon issue of your mortgage offer. Full terms will be issued within our client agreement prior to proceeding with any application.
